Just wanted to share this recipe
I make this delicious soup all the time, it's sooo super easy & it's LoverBoy's favorite!
Enjoy!!!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground Italian sausage
4-6 cans of chicken broth
1 pint heavy whipping cream
(they didn't have heavy at the store I was at)
5 sliced large Russet potatoes with skin
1 bunch of kale
Directions:
In a pot, pour in chicken broth & heavy cream. Add potatoes & bring to boil.
In another pan saute Italian sausage, drain excess fat & stir into to pot.
Add Kale & cook until potatoes are soft, about 30 minutes.
Delicious!
